This body of works, in the series called Weightless, is made in response to suppressed grieving and trauma. It comprises a series of portraits of a man, and a set of drawings of cherry blossoms. Presented over lightboxes, the drawings create a space for contemplation of the corporeal (body) and the ephemeral.
